Join Rachael at the Welland School of Dancing Studios in Stamford on Tuesdays 9.30am for her next Pilates course.

Rachael Smith

Rachael’s journey towards teaching Pilates began as a classically trained dancer. Her training as a professional dancer gave her the foundation to understand the biomechanics of how the body works through movement and lifestyle.

Rachael has nearly 20 years’ experience in the fitness industry working as a studio instructor, Personal Trainer and Studio Co – Ordinator in London. After some years she decided to specialise in more mindful movement and trained as a Pilates Instructor with the world renowned STOTT PILATES method and has been teaching Mat and Reformer sessions for 10 years teaching in one to one, small and large settings.

She is passionate about creating classes that are challenging, varied, balanced and fun and excellent at adapting classes to suit all levels.


Block bookings get a reduced rate and first priority to the class, drop ins are welcome but must book first either by email or text.
