Clare Clements, of Connect Fitness UK, has been an exercise teacher for over 20 years, first qualifying to teach Exercise to Music in the mid '90s. Clare has taught various exercise classes including aerobics, new body circuits, aqua-aerobics in and around the Peterborough area before discovering Pilates around six years ago.


Clare is qualified as a Level 3 Advanced Pilates Instructor, with Level 3 Advanced Physiology and Anatomy. Clare enjoys being an exercise therapist, working alongside medical professionals, physio-therapists, GP’s, if required.

"The Pilates Method brings mobility, strength, deep focus, self-awareness and relaxation into people's busy lives", explains Clare "the gentle but controlled exercises reduce injury risk whilst being extremely effective and sympathetic to body history - be that through injury, body development or natural inheritance".

Clare is a member of the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity and a Registered Exercise Professional.
