A set of 4 classes of basic pointe work, looking at foot types and pointe shoes, foot strengthening exercises, pointe technique, core and turnout exercises. Ideal for all beginners, those who are struggling, and anyone wanting to improve their pointe work.
Bring pointe shoes and preferably wear footless/transition tights.
Please warm up beforehand.
£10 for all 4 classes payable at first class, or £3 per class (please pay the teacher on the day)
